Every morning after you get up, you enter a response from the night that was. This is done through the link you have been provided.
The questionnaire, which you answer every day, has questions about sleep time, awakenings, daytime behavior and experienced quality of sleep.
By gathering this data, you'll provide a holistic understanding of your sleep pattern and enable us to adapt the equipment as best as possible.
